Herniated disk pain help? - spectra rope
My boyfriend of 6 years, First Steps crippling back pain. He has no insurance. I know people very broad spectrum, diagnosis gave us 2 free CT scans (so cute). He has learned that 4 herniated discs in the lumbar spine. Power was lost on Vicodin for about a year, her doctor stopped abruptly. We can not afford physical therapy w / O insurance, and we share yoga (RD command), but I can not move the next day actaully crying times (in 6 years, this was only the 2nd time that I saw him crying) Who knows what works? I am at the end of my rope? ?

My suggestion would be to a bed or a table of gravity does not get (sure, what we call) or from a lounge chair (there are only around $ 100). Can we extend a few times a day to your spine and pressure on the discs. I use from a non-eating to relieve the pain in my back. (My doctor had to keep me on Vicodin at controlled doses and testing between each new prescription of pain.) I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.
ReplyDeleteThe draining table or bed that the column is open, a little, and the pressure on the discs. After stretching, you can try to have an elastic back and avoid the pressures and changes in the current disc for some time.
Helping Taking ibuprofen 2 in alternating with 2 Excedrin, some with pain and inflammation and swelling of the discs. At night, may have 2 take Excedrin PM by Night (I use store brand) to the poor sleep to kill.

File Security Disability or go to social services and for medical assistance or call the health department and ask them if they have an insurance program. Visit the Web site. Some companies sell drugs for pain in May, but a script doctor. It is worth upwards.
